The present invention relates to a device for automatically opening and closing the rear door of a baler and to a method and a system for automatically opening and closing the rear door using the same. More specifically, the device for automatically opening and closing the rear door of the bailer automatically opens and closes the rear door of the bailer through sensors and a control unit. The sensor includes a net clutch connector, an RPM sensor, a net cut sensor (NC sensor), a tailgate open sensor (TO sensor), a bale ejector sensor (BE sensor), and a tailgate close sensor (TC sensor). The control unit transceives electrical signals of the sensors and transceivers an electrical signal in a solenoid valve constituting a hydraulic block so as to control the operation of the overall device. According to the present invention, the rear door of a baler which has been manually opened and closed in the past can now be automatically opened and closed along with the completion of the bale. Several sorts of connection errors are automatically recognized so that work time is reduced and the production amount of bales in unit time can be increased.
