PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clear corn steep liquor that is made to be a clear liquor with less sediment such that the clogging of watering tube, spraying nozzle, filter and the like are hard to occur even when the corn steep liquor is used as a liquid organic fertilizer in irrigation system or fertilizer spraying, and the sediment is not augmented even when allowed to stand for a long period of time at low temperature and the stable quality is maintained during circulation and storage.SOLUTION: The aimed quality can be obtained by adding, to corn steep liquor, at least one of tartaric acid or tartrate to forcibly generate sediment, and removing said sediment.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】本発明は、コーンスティープリカーを液体有機質肥料として灌水システム、散肥に使用しても灌水チューブ、噴霧ノズル、フィルター等の詰まりが起きづらい、沈殿物が少ない清澄な液とし、低温で長期間静置しても沈殿物が増加することなく、流通、保管時に安定した品質を維持させることを目的とする。【解決手段】コーンスティープリカーに酒石酸及び酒石酸塩の少なくとも一方を添加することで沈殿物を強制的に発生させ、その沈殿物を除去することにより、目的の品質を得ることが可能となる。【選択図】なし
