PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control difference in effective temperature in heating by a heater in a massage machine.SOLUTION: When a calf air bag 21, for example, is inflated, a sole is kept separated from the upper surface of a foot heater 35, so that the temperature (the effective temperature) of the sole is reduced relative to the temperature of the foot heater 35. On the contrary, when other air bags 22-24 are inflated, the distance between the sole and the upper surface of the foot heater 35 is reduced, so that the temperature (the effective temperature) of the sole relative to the temperature of the foot heater 35 becomes higher than when the calf air bag 21 is inflated. Accordingly, by setting a target temperature when the calf air bag 21 is inflated to be higher than a target temperature when the other air bags 22-24 are inflated, a difference in the effective temperature in heating by the foot heater 35 can be controlled.
