PURPOSE: A composition containing beta-cyclodextrin derivative and antioxidant is provide to minimize denaturation by storage for a long time and to improve efficiency of the antioxidant. CONSTITUTION: A stabilized composition contains ascorbic acid, letinol, or epigallocatechin gallate. The composition contains: a reaction product of a compound of chemical formula 1 and beta-cyclodextrin； a reaction product of a compound of chemical formula 2(CH_3SO_3R_2) with beta-cyclodextrin； a reaction product of 6-O-p-tosyl-beta-cyclodextrin with an antioxidant of dithiotheroitol, retinol, silybin, thioglycerol, or cysteine； and a reaction product of alpha-lipoic acid or glutathione and beta-cyclodextrin.
