The present invention relates to a motor control device for an electric reel, which allows a motor output to be adjusted in a fast and convenient manner. The motor control device comprises: a first depression manipulation unit (11) a second depression manipulation unit (12) and a motor control means (16). The first depression manipulation unit (11) and the second depression manipulation unit (12) comprise pressure sensors (11a, 12a) whose output changes according to depressing force. The motor control means (16) comprises an output increasing means, an output decreasing means, and an output maintaining means, and controls the motor output of a motor (8) according to the output of the pressure sensors (11a, 12a). The output increasing means increases the motor output according to the output of the pressure sensor (11a). The output decreasing means decreases the motor output according to the output of the pressure sensor (12a).
