The present invention is an epidural check point which is used in the anesthesia treatment of the lower body in order to suppress the pain on the lower body of a patient when a surgical operation such as the C-section is required. The epidural check point detects the status regarding whether an injection needle is precisely positioned in an epidural space of the spine when the injection needle is inserted to the epidural space of the spine and the drug such as anesthetics is injected through a tube, thereby enabling the drug to be quickly input. The epidural check point includes: a dura mater pressure sensor unit which senses the electrically insulated state of 19.45±6.7 mmHg, which is a biometric pressure signal generated in each epidural space and muscle of the body, directly measures the input, senses the difference between the pressures, and converts the different to an electrical signal a dura mater pressure difference amplifying unit which inputs the level of the signal detected by the dura mater pressure sensor unit and amplifies the signal at a set amplifying ratio a dura mater pressure comparison unit which inputs the amplified signal and the amplifying ratio from the dura mater pressure difference amplifying unit respectively and compares a reference signal stored correspondingly to the amplifying ratio to determine which one is larger to output the larger value a dura mater pressure latch unit which inputs and stores the signal output from the dura mater pressure comparison unit and a dura mater pressure display unit which emits either green light or red light according to the signal output from the dura mater pressure latch unit.
