Hydraulic implant (1) for an arteriovenous fistula comprising: i) at least one inflatable balloon (2) of elongated shape along an axis B-B； ii) on each side of the balloon (2), an elongated fin (5) coaxial with the balloon； ii) an inflation tunnel (3) in fluid communication with the balloon and connectable to a balloon inflation module (4) (2)； iv) the width La of the fins (5) being at least equal to 0.5 times the width Lb of the balloon (2) and more preferably at least once the width Lb of the balloon.
