This utility model relates to an innovative prefabricated poultry house with swing walls and comprised by a metal roof panel with apex metal ridge vent attached to a plurality of prefabricated galvanized metal trusses that are further attached and carried by a plurality of steel columns anchored to concrete pedestals, a plurality of prefabricated and adequately insulated fixed and swinging wall panel assemblies installed and interconnected in between steel columns and on concrete wall pedestals forming a rectangular enclosure, and an insulated flat metal ceiling panels, creating as a whole an insulated and airtight interior for said poultry house. A set of fans installed at one longitudinal end of said rectangular enclosure and a set of cooling pads at the opposite end at its opposing longitudinal sides are means for tunnel ventilation of the structure that will lead to a highly efficient chicken growing. In anticipation of prolonged power failure or incidents of similar nature, the swing walls are designed to be opened so that it can provide natural ventilation to an airtight-designed poultry house to eradicate or lessen death among chickens. The aforesaid prefabricated components are so designed that they are fitted and connected for faster construction. The manner of design, function and construction is an advancement of prior art in poultry house.
