PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device capable of displaying an auxiliary line for assisting interpretation at an appropriate position of a radiation image, a radiographic image capturing system, image processing method, and image processing program.SOLUTION: An overall control part 50 of a console 20 according to the present embodiment acquires a radiation image formed by connecting radiation images of a subject captured by respective radiation detectors 14 of a radiographic image capturing device 12 in which the plurality of radiation detectors 14 including the detection surfaces 19 for detecting radiation respectively are disposed, with the detection surfaces 19 aligned, and that has a wide-scope imaging surface 35 wider than one detection surface 19. Further, the overall control part 50 acquires information representing an interpretation purpose.
