The present invention relates to a mouse for upper limb rehabilitation training, comprising: a cylindrical arm support unit (300) having an open upper part such that an arm of a patient can be laid thereon a hand support unit (400) which extends from the arm support unit (300) and in which an upper part and one side thereof are opened so as to support the hand of the patient at least two half-ring-shaped holders (200) located on a lower part of the arm support unit (300) so as to support the arm support unit (300) a bottom support unit (100) which has the shape of a plate, includes at least two grooves (113) so as to enable the coupling and decoupling of the support unit (200), and detects the moved location of the support unit a rod-type handle (500) which is erected perpendicularly from a bottom surface of the hand support unit (400) and a hand motion detection unit (600) provided on an upper end of the rod type handle (500) so as to detect left and right rotations of the hand and to detect a finger motion.
