One object of the present invention is to provide an integrated cervical collar which can adjust the height step by step depending on the user′s body size. According to the present invention, the integral cervical collar comprises: a first cover having a variable part which has at least one slit formed therein for distributing external force and a moving insert and a first fixing insert which are formed on a first surface in a user direction when worn； a second cover coupled to the first cover in a sliding manner as the moving insert is inserted into a sliding groove formed in the height direction, and including a protrusion part and a second fixing insert which are formed on a first surface of the user direction when coupled in the sliding manner, and multi-stage insertion holes which are separated in the height direction on the protrusion part； a fixing part provided with a fixing switch on a second surface in the direction opposite to the first surface of the first cover and including a fixing stand which is disposed on the first surface of the first cover in a state of being coupled with the fixing switch and is inserted into the insertion hole of the protrusion part when the fixing switch is moved； a fastening part coupling both side ends of the first cover； and a sponge formed with a coupling hole which is coupled to the first and second fixing inserts, and disposed on at least one of the first surface of the first cover and the first surface of the second cover.본 발명에 따른 일체형 경추보호대는 외력을 분산시키는 적어도 하나의 슬릿이 형성된 가변부와 착용시 사용자 방향의 제1 면에 이동 인서트 및 제1 고정 인서트가 구비된 제1 커버； 높이 방향으로 형성된 슬라이딩 홈에 상기 이동 인서트가 삽입되어 상기 제1 커버와 슬라이드 방식으로 결합되고, 상기 슬라이드 방식으로 결합시 상기 사용자 방향의 제1 면에 형성된 돌출부 및 제2 고정 인서트를 포함하고, 상기 돌출부에 상기 높이 방향으로 분리된 다단의 삽입공이 형성된 제2 커버； 상기 제1 커버의 제1 면의 반대 방향의 제2 면에 고정스위치가 구비되며, 상기 고정스위치와 결합된 상태로 상기 제1 커버의 제1 면에 배치되어 상기 고정스위치의 이동시 상기 돌출부의 삽입공으로 삽입되는 고정대를 포함하는 고정부； 상기 제1 커버의 양 측단을 결합시키는 체결부； 및 상기 제1 및 제2 고정 인서트와 결합되는 결합공이 형성되어, 상기 제1 커버의 제1 면 및 상기 제2 커버의 제1 면에 중 적어도 하나에 배치되는
