When the operating portion is switched to the maintenance posture side, the operating tool side part (17) and the brake side part (19) are separated. A surface member (19b) and a moving member (18) are provided at one and the other of the operating tool side part (17) and the brake side part (19). When the brake operating tool (12) is operated to the braking side in the normal posture of the operating portion, the moving member (18) moves on the surface member (19b) and the parking brake is operated to the braking side.
