The present invention relates to a girdling device for girdling the bark of a tree stem on which a fruit is generated. The girdling device comprises: tongs having a handle unit pressed by grasping power and a gripping unit pursed or opened while seesawing around a hinge axis by being pressed by the handle unit, and rotated while gripping a part of a tree stem through the gripping unit； a cutter having one end part protruding toward the inner side surface of the gripping unit while being installed on the gripping unit of the tongs, stuck in the bark of the tree stem by being pressed by the handle unit, and girdling the bark of the tree stem while rotating along the circumference of the tree stem by the rotation of the tongs； and a connector for fixing the cutter on the gripping unit of the tongs to make one end part of the cutter have an adjustable protrusion length, and adjusting the girdling depth of the cutter according to the thickness of the bark. A girdling angle or a stuck depth of a girdling blade can be variously adjusted according to the thickness of a bark, and one part of a cutter blade stuck in a bark is formed in a round shape so as to girdle a bark. Accordingly, girdling is not performed after a cut is separately made, but cutting and girdling are simultaneously performed.본 발명의 과실이 열리는 나무줄기의 수피를 박피해 주는 박피기에 있어서, 악력에 의해 가압되는 손잡이부 및 상기 손잡이부의 가압에 의해 힌지축을 중심으로 시소운동하면서 오므라지거나 펴지는 파지부로 이루어지고, 상기 파지부를 통해 나무줄기의 일부분을 파지한 상태로 회전하는 집게； 상기 집게의 파지부에 설치된 상태로 일단부가 상기 파지부의 내측면을 향해 돌출되어, 상기 손잡이부의 가압에 의해 상기 일단부가 나무줄기의 수피에 박히고, 상기 집게의 회전에 의해 나무줄기의 둘레를 따라 회전하면서 나무줄기의 수피를 박피하는 커터； 및 상기 커터를 상기 집게의 파지부에 고정하면서 상기 커터 일단부의 돌출길이를 조절가능하게 고정하여 수피의 두께에 따라 상기 커터의 박피깊이를 조절시키는 커넥터；를 포함하여 구성되어,박피하는 칼날의 박피각도나 박히는 깊이를 수피의 두께에 따라 다르게 조절할 수 있는 기능을 구비하고, 수피의 박피가 가능하도록 칼날을 수피에 박히는 커터의 일부분을 라운드형으로 제작하여 칼집을 따로 내고 박피하는 것이 아니라 칼집을 냄과 동시에 박피가 가능한 효과를 제공한다.
