PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone microbubble solution that enables oral care, appropriate management of the diameter and concentration of microbubbles, its long-term storage, and has a bactericidal effect as well as an odor component decomposition effect and an antiviral effect, and also to provide a method of producing the ozone microbubble solution.SOLUTION: An oral care-oriented ozone microbubble solution according to one aspect of the present invention has an ozone concentration of 100 ppm or more in undiluted form, and has a bactericidal effect even when the ozone concentration is diluted to 4 ppm or less.
