PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical device for extracting liquid from a patient and/or delivering the liquid to the patient.SOLUTION: A medical device includes a pump unit (1) for feeding liquid, an entry (3), and an exit (4), and includes a warming chamber which includes a heating element (5) for warming the relevant liquid, fluid measurement means (13-18) and the relevant pump, and a fluid line which passes through heating units (1, 2). The heating element (5) is applied so that it is immersed completely in liquid which passes through the relevant warming chamber (2). And the medical device which is characterized by including a temperature measurement means applied so that the relevant liquid measurement means at least measures liquid temperature at separate points of 2, and an electric parameter measurement means for measuring at least 1 out of electric parameter such as an electric current, electric power, or frequency which are applied to the relevant heating element is provided.
