A method being applied to sinter anhydrous calcium sulfate as a biomedical material comprises the steps of: preparing an anhydrous calcium sulfate material mixing the anhydrous calcium sulfate material with a sintering-supporting agent to obtain a mixture waited for sintering die-pressing the mixture executing a heat treatment for the mixture to make the mixture be sintered to from the biomedical material. The sintering-supporting agent is composed of a first additive and a second additive for sintering-supporting, wherein the first additive is composed of calcium phosphate, and the second additive composed of at least one of sodium carbonate (Na2CO3), calcium oxide (SiO2), and silicon dioxide (SiO2).一種無水硫酸鈣生醫材料之燒結方法,係先製備一無水硫酸鈣材料,並將一燒結助劑添加至無水硫酸鈣材料,使燒結助劑與無水硫酸鈣材料充份混合以形成一待燒結混合物。接著,將待燒結混合物加以模壓成型;對已模壓成型之待燒結混合物進行熱處理(heat treatment),使待燒結混合物燒結成無水硫酸鈣生醫材料。上述之燒結助劑包含一第一燒結添加劑與一第二燒結添加劑,該第一燒結添加劑係由磷酸鈣(Ca3(PO4)2)所組成,且該第二燒結添加劑係由碳酸鈉(Na2CO3)、氧化鈣(CaO)與二氧化矽(SiO2)中之至少一者組成。
