The stentis manufacturedor fabricated with at least one ablation probe tip guide for guiding at leastone ablation probetip to a pre-defined angle and depth of ablation based on information obtainedfrom a volumescan image. In the volume scan image, hard tissue is visible, a dentalimpression is visible, andsoft tissue is "visible" as the space between the visible hard tissue and thevisible dentalimpression. A typical X-ray scan only shows hard tissue； accordingly, toobtain both soft andhard tissue information using simultaneous three-dimensional scanning, adental impression isused that can be viewed on an X-ray.
