PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a male function improving implement having favorable wearing feeling and effectively preventing or reducing the prospermia by preventing firm tightening of the glans more than necessary, having high moisture absorbency, and preventing deterioration in friction force between the glans surface and the implement.SOLUTION: A male function improving implement 1 is configured by integrally forming a glans covering part 11 having a shape covering the penis glans 201 in erection, and a root covering part 31 having a shape for covering a root 203 of the penis 200. The glans covering part 11 and the root covering part 31 are formed of a cloth having moisture absorbency and elasticity.
