The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of Juice Concentrate of Mahua Flower. More particularly, the present invention relates to the process in which pulp is getting settled at 40 degree F to 130 degree F in the holding tank. Moreover this invention relates to the apparatus by which the Juice Concentrate of Mahua Flower is prepared. This invention also relates to the process which has a plurality of advantages of reasonable simple process, safe and the advantages that chemical components are not added, no non-antibiotic medicines, the raw materials are convenient to take, and the preparation is simple.
