Die Erfindung betrifft einen Implantatschlüssel (1), der als Drehwerkzeug für eine Befestigungsschraube (2) dient, mit welcher (2) eine Zahnkrone (3) an einem Implantatanker (4) im Kiefer (5, 6) eines Patienten verschraubbar ist, und der (1) eine an der Befestigungsschraube (2) drehfest ansetzbare Werkzeugspitze (7) hat, die mittels einer Handhabe (8) verdrehbar ist. Für den erfindungsgemäßen Implantatschlüssel (1) ist kennzeichnend, dass der Implantatschlüssel (1) stabförmig ausgebildet ist, dass an einem ersten Stabende (9) die Werkzeugspitze (7) und an dem zweiten Stabende (10) die Handhabe (8) vorgesehen ist, und dass das zweite Stabende (10) umfangsseitig eine Grifffläche (11) als Handhabe (8) aufweist (vgl.
