The board 2 comprises a first opening part 21, and a second opening part 22 located at a distance from the first opening part 21. The light receiving element 6 is located in the first opening part 21. The light emitting element 5 is located in the second opening part 22, and located at a distance from the light receiving element 6. The transparent board 3 is located on an upper surface of the board 2, closes the first opening part 21 and the second opening part 22, and is joined to the board 2. The light shielding film 4 is located on a lower surface of the transparent board 3, and comprises a first through hole 41 at a position overlapping with the first opening part 21 in a planar view, and a second through hole 42 at a position overlapping with the second opening part 22.
