PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a care assisting device which prevents a violent fall accident by preventing a care receiver from carelessly standing up during use of a toilet by a care receiver and in a state that the care receiver is not cared by a caregiver and fixes the care receiver to a seat of a toilet bowl until the care receiver is cared by the caregiver.SOLUTION: In a care assisting device 2 for toilet, casters 4 capable of being locked and unlocked collectively are provided to the bottom part of a frame body 3 and a curved press portion 7 for fixing the body part of the care receiver from the front is provided to the front part of the frame body in a state that the care receiver is seated on a toilet while an operation portion 5 for locking and unlocking the casters is provided to the proper place of the frame body and the care receiver is fixed to a toilet using state by locking the casters, and a user and the frame body are made movable by unlocking the casters.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】被介護者がトイレ使用時、及び、被介護者が介護者が介護しない状態で不用意に立ち上がらないようにして転倒事故を防ぎ、介護者が介護するまでは被介護者をトイレ便器の便座に固定する介護用補助装置を提供する。【解決手段】一括してロックとロック解除が可能なキャスター4が枠体3の底部に設けられ、被介護者がトイレに座った状態で、被介護者の胴体部を前方から固定する湾曲押え部7が枠体の前部に設けられ、枠体の適所に前記キャスターのロックとロック解除の操作部5が設けられ、キャスターのロックによって被介護者をトイレ使用状態に固定し、キャスターのロック解除によって使用者及び枠体を移動可能にするトイレ用の介護用補助装置2。【選択図】図1
