Cell culture obtained from meristematic cells of Dendrobiumplant and Phalaenopsisplant, comprises phenylpropanoid (greater than 0.1 wt.%) and hydrosoluble polysaccharides (greater than wt.%). An independent claim is included for the meristematic cells preparation comprising the cell culture and glycerol, where the cell culture is free from the liquid culture medium and has a weight/volume ratio of 5:95-50:50, preferably 20:50. MECHANISM OF ACTION : Hyaluronidase inhibitor； Collagenase inhibitor. The hyaluronidase inhibiting activity of the cell culture (comprising Phalaenopsis aphrodite(800 mu g/ml)) was tested in extracellular matrix. The result showed that percentage inhibition rate of the cell culture was 87.5.La présente invention concerne la préparation de cultures de cellules végétales appartenant aux genres Dendrobium et Phalaenopsis, et leur utilisation dans le domaine cosmétique, nutritionnel et pharmaceutique. En particulier, la présente invention concerne une culture cellulaire obtenue à partir de cellules méristématiques de plantes appartenant aux genres Dendrobium et Phalaenopsis, caractérisée en ce qu'elle contient une quantité de phénylpropanoïdes supérieure à 0,1 % par rapport au poids sec des cellules et une quantité de polysaccharides hydrosolubles supérieure à 5 % par rapport au poids sec des cellules. L'invention concerne également des préparations, des compositions pharmaceutiques et cosmétiques et des suppléments diététiques contenant ladite culture cellulaire.
