PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentration apparatus for a radioactive reagent that reduces a concentration time, secures sterility of an RI compound and is disposable.SOLUTION: The concentration apparatus 1 for a radioactive reagent is connected to an RI compound synthesis apparatus 60 for synthesizing a radioactive isotope-labeled compound and concentrates a separated liquid, fed from the RI compound synthesis apparatus 60, containing water, an organic solvent and the radioactive isotope-labeled compound, where the concentration apparatus is equipped with a connection part 10a freely attachable and detachable to the RI compound synthesis apparatus 60, a concentration part 13 for concentrating the radioactive isotope-labeled compound by removing the solvents from the solution containing the radioactive isotope-labeled compound, and a first path L1 communicating the connection part 10a with the concentration part 13.
