PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporter for prevention or improvement of stiff shoulder that overcomes any of challenges that the supporter can be worn by a user easily, that the supporter has simple constitution for suppressing a manufacturing cost, and that the supporter is inconspicuous from outside when clothing is worn from above.SOLUTION: A supporter for prevention or improvement of stiff shoulder is used for prevention or improvement of stiff shoulder and includes a pair of hold parts 10 holding right/left upper arms of a user, and a connection part 20 connecting the hold parts. The connection part passes a neck of the user and a vicinity thereof.
