The present invention relates to solid tumors by administering a composition comprising nanoparticles comprising an mTOR inhibitor (eg, a rimus drug such as sirolimus or a derivative thereof) and albumin in combination with a composition comprising a second therapeutic agent. It relates to methods and compositions for treatment. In one aspect, a method of treating a solid tumor in an individual is provided, the method comprising: a) an effective amount of a composition comprising nanoparticles comprising an mTOR inhibitor and albumin； and b) an effective amount of a second therapeutic agent.
