The present invention relates to a sprout germination and cultivation apparatus including: a case body providing a germination space partitioned from an external environment； a rotation frame disposed in a state of being perpendicularly upright in a rear side space in the case body and disposed to be capable of rotating about its own center； a plurality of rotation container bodies formed as container bodies open forward and laid horizontally and disposed to be capable of rotating on a front surface of the rotation frame； a cultivation container body formed to be accommodated in each of the rotation container bodies, provided with a sprout seed, and providing a space for germination of the sprout seed； and a water storage container provided in a bottom portion space in the case body, storing water for germination of the sprout seed, and causing parts of the rotation container bodies to be immersed in sequence as a result of rotation of the rotation frame. According to the present invention, germination of a large quantity of sprouts can be facilitated, a rate of sprout germination success can be maximized, and moisture use can be minimized so that germination costs can be reduced.본 발명은 외부 환경으로부터 구획된 발아 공간을 제공하도록 이루어진 케이스체； 상기 케이스체 내의 후방측 공간에 수직하게 세워진 상태로 설치됨과 더불어 그 중심을 기준으로 회전 가능하게 설치되는 회전프레임； 수평하게 눕혀진 상태의 전방으로 개방된 통체로 형성되고, 복수로 제공되면서 상기 회전프레임의 전면에 각각 회전 가능하게 설치되는 복수의 회전통체； 상기 각 회전통체 내로 수납 가능하게 형성됨과 더불어 새싹 씨앗이 제공되어 상기 새싹 씨앗의 발아를 위한 공간을 제공하는 재배통체； 상기 케이스체 내의 저부 공간에 구비되면서 새싹 씨앗의 발아를 위한 물이 저장됨과 더불어 상기 각 회전통체의 일부가 회전프레임의 회전에 의해 순차적으로 잠기는 물저장통；을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 새싹 발아 재배기가 제공되며, 이를 통해 다량의 새싹에 대한 발아가 원활히 이루어질 수 있도록 함과 더불어 새싹 발아의 성공률을 극대화할 수 있도록 하면서도 수분 사용을 최소화하여 발아 비용의 절감을 이룰 수 있도록 한 것이다.
