A system for sensing glucose concentration is provided and includes following units. A light source generates a light beam. A polarization state generator (PSG) includes a modulator for changing the polarization of the light beam, and then the light beam is emitted to a biological tissue. A polarization state analyzer (PSA) receives the light beam which is reflected from the biological tissue. A control module transmits an electrical signal to the modulator. The electrical signals includes at least 4 sampling points which are corresponding to different polarization, and each sampling point is used to calculate a corresponding stokes vector.
