PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a difference in color tone among ocular fundus images.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic image processing program is executed by a processor of an image processor 80, and causes the image processor 80 to execute: a histogram acquisition step for acquiring a histogram indicating the distribution of gradation values of pixels in a color ocular fundus image captured by a plurality of monochromatic lights of mutually different wavelengths being irradiated onto the ocular fundus Er for each channel corresponding to each of the monochromatic lights； a histogram correction step for acquiring a corrected histogram by correcting the histogram of each channel acquired in the histogram acquisition step so as to fit with a corresponding target pattern, the target pattern of the histogram being set for each channel beforehand； and a color tone correction image generation step for generating a color tone correction image, which is a color ocular fundus image indicating the distribution of gradation values of each channel by the corrected histogram on the basis of the corrected histogram of each channel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】眼底画像毎の色調の違いを抑制できる。【解決手段】 眼科用画像処理プログラムは、画像処理器８０のプロセッサによって実行されることにより、波長が互いに異なる複数の単色光を眼底Ｅｒへ照射することによって撮影されるカラー眼底画像における画素の階調値の分布を表すヒストグラムを、それぞれの単色光と対応するチャンネル毎に取得するヒストグラム取得ステップと、ヒストグラムの目標パターンがチャンネル毎に予め設定されており、ヒストグラム取得ステップによって取得された各チャンネルのヒストグラムを、対応する目標パターンへフィットするように補正することで補正ヒストグラムを得るヒストグラム補正ステップと、補正ヒストグラムによって各チャンネルの階調値の分布が表されるカラー眼底画像である色調補正画像を、各チャンネルの補正ヒストグラムに基づいて生成する色調補正画像生成ステップと、を画像処理器８０に実行させる。【選択図】図２
