PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve threshing performance of a threshing machine comprising a threshing blade and a cutting blade of a threshing cylinder.SOLUTION: This invention comprises the threshing machine comprising the threshing cylinder 3 rotatably pivoted in a threshing chamber 1, a pair of concavo-convex blade edge parts 14, 14 on a U shaped cutting blade 12 installed in the threshing chamber 1, wherein the pair of concavo-convex blade edge parts 14, 14 are composed of a plurality of alternating and repeating concave parts 14a and convex parts 14b arranged linearly, and the tip of the cutting blade 12 is set to intrude into the rotating track of a threshing blade 2 of the threshing cylinder 3 in viewing in the shaft center direction of the threshing cylinder 3, and the threshing blade 2 is set to pass through a space between the pair of the concavo-convex blade edge parts 14, 14 of the cutting blade 12, allowing a threshed substance in the threshing chamber 1 to be cut by the threshing blade 2 forming the rotating track and the linear concavo-convex blade edge parts 14, 14 of the cutting blade 12.COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI【課題】扱胴の扱歯と切り刃からなる脱穀装置で脱穀処理性能を向上させる。【解決手段】扱室1内に扱胴3を回転自在に軸架し、前記扱室1内に設置するコ字形状の切り刃12に一対の凹凸刃縁14,14を形成し、該一対の凹凸刃縁14,14を多数の凸部14aと凹部14bとを交互に繰り返しながら直線状になるように形成し、前記扱胴3の軸心方向視において前記切り刃12の先端部を扱胴3の扱歯2の回転軌跡内に入り込ませて設けて、前記切り刃12の一対の凹凸刃縁14,14の間を扱歯2が通過するように構成し、前記回転軌跡を描く扱歯2と前記切り刃12の直線状の凹凸刃縁14,14とにより扱室1内の脱穀物を切断処理するように構成したことを特徴とする脱穀装置とする。【選択図】図2
