The hub includes a wheel hub mounted on the axle and handrim base section relatively rotatably supported on the axle and rotatable relative to the wheel hub. The rotational displacement detection mechanism detects rotational displacements of the handrim base section relative to the wheel hub and has a center of rotation coinciding with an axle center of the motor.
