Illustrated and described is an anastomotic device (1 ) for forming anastomoses, in particular of intestine anastomoses, with an introducer sheath (2) for insertion into a body lumen, wherein a thrust bearing part (6) is provided for the head section (3) and within the head section (3) an extendable and retractable knife (7) and a retaining pin (8) are arranged. According to the invention at least the actuating part (4) and the head section (3) of inter- connected fluid supply channel (16) and at the head section (3) at least one fluid outlet (17) connected with the fluid supply channel (16) are provided for producing a fluidic connection between the actuating part (4) and the head section (3) while inserting the head section (3) into the body lumen and/or when pushing the introducer sheath (2) into the body lumen, in which the fluidic connection is configured for discharging an inflation liquid (19) into the body lumen.L'invention concerne un dispositif anastomotique (1) pour former des anastomoses, en particulier des anastomoses intestinales, comprenant une gaine d'introduction (2) destinée à être introduite dans une lumière corporelle, une partie de palier de butée (6) montée sur une partie tête (3), et introduite à l'intérieur de celle-ci, un bistouri pouvant être déployé et rétracté (7) et une tige de retenue (8).
