inoculating pure cultures of Trichoderma harzianum in fungal growth medium to serve as primary inoculum culturing molasses-soy medium seeded with the primary inoculum while incubating on orbital shaker at 30° C for 3 days followed by another step of incubating the molasses-soy medium in stationary shallow trays at 32° C for 2 days and at 37° C for 1 day, and finally drying at 40° C for 6 hrs and sieved to harvest high viable propagules of Trichoderma harzianum Th4d with enhanced biomass yield.
