PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose a device and a method.SOLUTION: A device comprises: a first layer comprising plural opening parts respectively having a first opening area and a further layer separated from the first layer, comprising further plural opening parts respectively having a further opening area and a cover layer which is an upper part of the first layer and the further layer, having air impermeable property and water vapor permeability.
