The present invention relates to a once-daily oral composite capsule comprising sustained release cilostazol and immediate release statin minitablets, and a method for manufacturing the same. The cilostazol sustained release minitablets are manufactured by utilizing a specific fixed dose of xanthan gum and ethylcellulose or ethylcellulose and Eudragit RL or RS as a sustained release agent. The statin general release minitablets are manufactured by utilizing immediate release additives with a high shear wet granulation method. By filling the minitablets in a gelatin hard capsule, a composite capsule containing a fixed dose of cilostazol and statin can be provided, which can be taken orally once a day. Therefore, the composite capsule can be widely used as a customized composite formulation for elderly patients with ischemic complex vascular disease accompanied by hyperlipidemia and patients susceptible to diabetes, chronic cardiovascular disease and nephropathy, and can enhance convenience of medication and patient compliance.본 발명은 고정용량의 실로스타졸 서방출 및 스타틴 일반방출 미니정제를 포함하는 1일 1회 경구복용 복합 캡슐제 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 실로스타졸 서방출 미니정제는 서방출 기제로서 특정 고정 합량의 잔담검과 에틸셀룰로스 또는에틸셀룰로스와 유드라짓 RL 또는 RS를 사용하고, 스타틴 일반방출 미니정제는 속방출 첨가제들을 사용하여 고전단습식과립법으로 제조한 후, 젤라틴 경질캡슐에 충전함으로써, 고정용량의 실로스타졸과 스타틴을 포함하며 1일 1회 경구복용이 가능한 복합 캡슐제를 제공할 수 있기 때문에 고지혈증을 동반한 허혈성 복합 혈관질환이 빈번하게 일어나는 노인환자와 당뇨병, 만성 심혈관질환 및 신장병에 취약한 환자의 맞춤형 복합 제제로서 널리 활용될 수 있고, 복약 편리성과 환자 순응도를 향상시킬 수 있다.
