The nose moisture-retaining material 1 is formed into a sheet shape with a dimension fitted in an area between the nose and the mouth of a person, and is stuck to the area. The nose moisture-retaining material 1 has a body layer and an adhesive layer. The body layer has the moisture-retaining function and, for example, a nonwoven fabric containing moisture may be used therefor.
