PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mole repellent device that prevents repellent effect from being reduced by learning effect and provides efficient repellent effect, without being affected by conditions of ground or soil, and without selecting an installation position of the device in the mole repellent device.SOLUTION: A mole repellent device comprises a high pressure impulse voltage generator 2 including a capacitor 4, a changeover switch 5, a resistor 6, a DC power supply 7 and a step-up transformer 8, and a pair of electrode rods Pa, Pb connected to the step-up transformer through insulated wire 3.
