A storage unit that stores the image data； a replacement unit that generates the second image data from the first image data by replacing the pixel value of the first pixel with a preset value based on the position information； A correction unit that detects a second pixel that is not stored in the storage unit and that outputs an abnormal pixel value, and corrects the pixel value of the second pixel, wherein the correction unit is the second image data.
