PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow one medical worker in charge of a patient to call out another medical worker in charge of the patient without excessively imposing a load on the one medical worker in charge when the medical worker calls out the other medical worker in charge.SOLUTION: When a staff call operation part 6 for requesting the backup of another medical worker in charge of a patient is operated, a reader 8 arranged close to the staff call operation part 6 reads identification information from an identification information originator 2 being carried by one medical worker. A notification signal is transmitted to portable terminals 1 excluding a portable terminal 1 to be identified by portable terminal identification information that is stored in a storage part 13 in association with the read identification information among medical workers in charge.
