Provided is an endometriosis prevention and/or improving agent containing the Lactobacillus genus of lactic acid bacteria, in particular the OLL2809 strain of Lactobacillus gasseri. Further provided is a food and drink composition containing the lactic acid bacteria for endometriosis prevention and/or improvement, and an endometriosis prevention and/or improvement method characterized by the administration of the lactic acid bacteria.
