The present invention relates to a method for producing a ball in a withdrawal hole on surgical needles, and a ball-type needle produced thereby. More specifically, provided is a production method which comprises the following steps: (a) installing a ball formation induction member at an upper end portion of a needle so that the ball formation induction member can be fixated by being inserted into the upper end portion of the needle； (b) inserting the withdrawal hole in an injection needle so as to insert the injection needle into the withdrawal hole on the needle after the injection needle penetrates the ball formation induction member； and (c) dropping a liquid resin from the injection needle to inject the liquid resin into the withdrawal hole from an inlet of the injection needle and then drop the liquid resin to a hole. Moreover, provided is a ball-type needle to easily and simply produce the balls by the production method.본 발명은 시술용 바늘 취출공 내의 볼 제조방법 및 이로부터 제조된 볼 타입 바늘에 관한 것으로, 볼 형성유도부재가 바늘의 선단 부위에 끼움 방식으로 고정되는 a) 바늘 선단 부위의 볼 형성유도부재 설치단계, 주사침이 상기 볼 형성유도부재를 관통하며 바늘의 취출공에 삽입되는 b) 주사침의 취출공 삽입단계, 및 주사침의 입구에서 수지액상이 상기 취출공 내부에 주입되어 중공으로 낙하되는 c) 주사침으로부터의 수지액상 낙하단계를 포함하는 제조방법 제공과 아울러, 상기 제조방법에 의해 간편하면서도 용이하게 볼이 제조되는 볼 타입 바늘을 제공하고자 한다.
