The present application discloses a periodontal ligament regenerating composition comprising CPNE7 and a periodontal ligament regenerating method. A composition and a method according to the present application can regenerate the periodontal ligament by expediting the formation of cementum and periodontal ligament through the promotion of differentiation and calcification of periodontal ligament fibroblasts into cementoblasts. The composition and the method according to the present application can promote the attachment of the cementum and alveolar bone of the newly formed periodontal ligament and repress tooth ankylosis, which induces the atrophy of tooth tissues, thus finding useful applications in the fundamental treatment of disorders that requires the restoration of damaged connective tissues, such as periodontal disorders and luxation injuries of teeth.La présente invention concerne une composition de régénération de ligament parodontal comprenant CPNE7 et un procédé de régénération de ligament parodontal. Une composition et un procédé selon la présente invention peuvent régénérer le ligament parodontal en accélérant la formation de cément et de ligament parodontal en favorisant la différenciation et la calcification de fibroblastes de ligament parodontal en cémentoblastes.
