Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Zusammensetzung enthaltend mindestens ein Insektizid oder Akarizid und einen oder mehrere Wirkungsverstärker ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Mono- und Disacchariden, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung dieser Zusammensetzung sowie deren Verwendung zur Behandlung von Pflanzen und/oder deren Lebensraum.Composition comprises: (a) one or more active substances comprising enaminocarbonyl compounds, benzenedicarboxamides, anthranilic acid amides, cyclic ketoenols, sulfoximines, pyrethroids or biological insecticides (b) one or more enhancers comprising mono- and disaccharides and (c) optionally one or more additives. An independent claim is included for controlling undesirable insect pests or acarids in agriculture, comprising applying the composition on the insect pests and/or their habitat, where method is excluded for the therapeutic treatment of the human or animal body. ACTIVITY : Plant Protectant Insecticide Acaricide. MECHANISM OF ACTION : None given. The insecticidal activity of the composition (comprising fipronil WG 30 and 27% lactose) (12.5 g/hectare) was tested against Nilaparvata lugensin rice. The results showed that the composition exhibited an activity of 95%.
