Disclosed is a composition comprising a sulfamide compound of general formula (I), wherein R1 is pyrimidinyl, pyridazinyl or pyrazinyl. Examples of the compounds of formula (I) include [1-(2-chloropyrimidin-5-yl)ethyl](methyl)oxido-delta-sulfanylidenecyanamide and [(3-chloropyridazin -6-yl ) methyl ] (methyl )oxido-delta-sulfanylidenecyanamide. The composition is useful as a pesticide. A process for preparing the compounds is also disclosed.
