The present invention relates to a marker material insertion device for observing lung activities. More specifically, a flexible tube is joined to a marker containing unit containing a dosimeter-containing marker material, and an induction wire is inserted in the flexible tube. By adjusting the induction wire, the marker containing unit can be inserted into the lung lobes of a human body or an animal to provide assistance in monitoring the lung activities of a person or an animal via position emission tomography (PET), computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), PET-CT, or PET-MRI. According to the present invention, because the insertion device employs an insertion method that is convenient and non-invasive, in which the marker containing unit having the marker material inserted therein is inserted into the lung lobes through the oral cavity and the respiratory tract by the induction wire by means of supporting force of the induction wire, the insertion device of the present invention may be of great assistance in monitoring the lung activities associated with breathing of a human or an animal via PET, CT, MRI, PET-CT, or PET-MRI.본 발명은 폐 운동의 관찰을 위한 표지물질 삽입 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 선량계를 포함하는 표지물질이 수용된 표지수용부와 플렉시블 튜브를 결합하고, 플렉시블 튜브에 유도와이어를 넣은 후 유도 와이어를 조정하여 인체나 동물의 폐엽으로 표지수용부가 삽입되도록 함으로써 PET(Position Emission Tomography), 전산화 단층촬영기(CT, Computed Tomography), 자기공명영상(MRI, Magnetic Resonance Imaging), PET-CT, 또는 PET-MRI를 통해 사람이나 동물의 폐 운동을 관찰하는데 도움을 주는 장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 의하면, 유도와이어의 지지력을 이용하여 구강과 기관을 통해 표지물질을 삽입한 표지수용부를 폐엽 기관지로 삽입하는 방법을 이용하기 때문에 삽입 방법이 용이하고 비침습적이며, PET(Position Emission Tomography), 전산화 단층촬영기(CT, Computed Tomography), 자기공명영상(MRI, Magnetic Resonance Imaging), PET-CT, 또는 PET-MRI를 통해 사람이나 동물의 호흡에 따른 폐 운동을 관찰하는데 큰 도움을 줄 수 있다.
