PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide radiotherapy reservation equipment which can accurately prepare a reservation table in which therapy times are arranged for radiotherapies using the same accessories at an early stage.

SOLUTION: The radiotherapy reservation equipment includes a therapy result storage section 102 storing results of therapies, a use frequency computing section 103 obtaining the frequency of use for kinds of the accessories 004 on the basis of the use history of the accessories 004 in the past stored in the therapy result storage section 102, a use time computation section 106 computing the use time of a day during which the accessories 004 can be used on the basis of the computed frequency of use, a reservation table preparation section 105 preparing a reservation table by allocating the therapy times for the kinds of the accessories 004 on the basis of the computed use time, and a therapy reservation section 104 setting reservations for therapies to specific patients to the allocated time of the reservation table on the day of the therapies to which the therapies using the accessories 004 are allocated in response to the input of dates of therapies and the kinds of the accessories 004 to be used in the therapies to the specific patients.
