A pharmaceutical composition for treating neurological disorders contains the nerve cells.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 복합파동을 이용한 줄기세포 분화 방법 및 분화장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 전자기장과 음파로 구성된 복합파동을 이용하여 세포획득과 대량증식이 용이한 중간엽 줄기세포로부터 신경세포나 신경줄기세포를 수득하는 방법, 장치, 이를 이용하여 제조한 신경세포 및 이 신경세포를 포함하는 신경질환 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 복합파동을 이용한 줄기세포 분화 방법 및 분화장치는 저주파수의 전자기장과 음파의 복합 파동을 이용하여 성체줄기세포를 신경세포로 분화 유도함으로써 세포획득이 어려운 신경세포나 신경줄기세포의 용이한 수득이 가능하게 되며, 성장용 배지 조건에서도 신경분화를 유도할 수 있기 때문에 알츠하이머병, 우울증, 파킨슨병, 뇌경색, 뇌출혈, 척수손상 등의 뇌신경질환치료에 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
