The absorption sheet section comprises a vaginal ostium contact absorbent (13a) that is a bar-like or band-like independent absorbent for contact with the vicinity of the wearers vaginal ostium, and an inner labial wall contact absorbent (13b) that is a planar independent absorbent for contact at least with the wearers inner labial walls, the vaginal ostium contact absorbent (13a) being disposed along substantially the centerline of the body-side surface of the inner labial wall contact absorbent (13b).
