[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a walking measurement system which enables the walking state of a subject to be accurately ascertained and can efficiently guide the subject to follow a desired walking exercise； a walking measurement program； and a walking measurement method. [Solution] This walking analysis system 1 is configured from a foot pressure sensor 2, a foot position sensor 3, a waist position sensor 4, a wireless communication unit 5, a walking analysis device 6, and a display unit 7. The walking analysis device 6 has a filter processing unit 61 which detects and removes noise data included in foot position data acquired by the foot position sensor 3 on the basis of the foot position data and waist position data acquired by the waist position sensor 4 and outputs the processed foot position data obtained by removing the noise data from the foot position data.
