The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating wounds or reproducing skin comprising Euphorbia kansui extracts, fractions thereof or diterpene compounds separated from the fractions as an active ingredient. The Euphorbia kansui extracts may act on epithelial cells to induce PKD1 activity required for improving the reproduction capability of differentiated epithelial cells, and thus may induce a phosphorylation of lower ERK1 and the generation of Cyclin D, thus exhibiting an excellent ability to activate the reproduction of damaged skin. Therefore, the Euphorbia kansui extracts may be used effectively as an active ingredient in a pharmaceutical composition for treating wounds or reproducing skin, a health food for recovering skin damage or reproducing skin, or a functional cosmetic for inducing skin cell activity.La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique, destinée au traitement de plaies ou à la reproduction de la peau, comprenant des extraits d'Euphorbia kansui, leurs fractions ou des composés diterpéniques séparés des fractions en tant que principe actif. Les extraits d'Euphorbia kansui peuvent agir sur les cellules épithéliales pour induire l'activité de PKD1 nécessaire pour améliorer la capacité à la reproduction de cellules épithéliales différenciées et peuvent donc induire une phosphorylation de l'ERK1 inférieure et la génération de cycline D, montrant ainsi une excellente aptitude à l'activation de la reproduction d'une peau lésée.
